Privacy Policy – Poopy

Poopy is built with privacy first. Your bowel logs are personal and sensitive.

1. Data Storage

• Logs are stored locally on your device.
• If iCloud Sync is enabled, your data is synced using your iCloud account.

2. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your health-related data.
• Product analytics is off by default and only turns on after you allow it.
• Analytics is limited to anonymous screen views, button taps, onboarding progress, log creation, and export use.
• No bowel logs, Bristol type, symptoms, notes, tags, photos, or other health details are sent to analytics.

3. Apple Health Sync

• Apple Health sync is off by default and only runs if you enable it.
• Poopy syncs events mapped to Bristol 1-2 and 6-7.
• If you use the Home quick tag for coffee/caffeine and pick an amount, that caffeine amount is also synced.
• Notes, photos, tags, and other Bristol entries stay in Poopy.

4. User Controls

• You can edit or delete entries at any time.
• You can export your data from History.
