Privacy Policy – Hours Tracker
Who we are
This policy covers the Hours Tracker app. Contact: Support-AlexRyanDev@pm.me
Data collection and storage
- Time entries, jobs, wages, notes, and mileage are stored locally on your device. If iCloud backup/sync is enabled, your data is synced via your Apple ID; we do not run our own servers.
- No account creation is required.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit.
Notifications
- If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
Analytics and tracking
- We use RevenueCat to understand in-app purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. RevenueCat processes purchase history and receipts, an anonymous app user identifier, and technical information such as app and operating-system versions, locale, and last app activity. Apple also sends purchase-status updates to RevenueCat when the app is closed. This helps us understand revenue and maintain accurate purchase records.
- We do not send your time entries, job details, wages, notes, mileage, name, or email to RevenueCat. We do not enable advertising integrations or automatic advertising/device identifier collection. We do not use this information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising. Apple handles payments; we do not receive your payment-card details.
- RevenueCat processes this information on our behalf and uses service providers to operate its service. Purchase information may be processed in the United States. Read RevenueCat’s privacy information and data processing agreement.
Data sharing
- We do not sell your personal data. Purchase information is shared with RevenueCat to provide purchase reporting. Data may also be shared with Apple as part of App Store, purchase, and iCloud operations.
Your choices
- You can delete records within the app or delete the app to remove locally stored data. Copies in iCloud or device backups may remain. For iCloud data, manage it in iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage.
- You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically delete purchase records held by service providers. Manage subscriptions in your Apple account. Contact us about purchase-data access, correction, or deletion requests. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide reporting and support, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Rights may vary by where you live.
Support requests
If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request.
