Privacy Policy – Focus First

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Focus First helps you put focus first, then enjoy the apps you choose. The most important privacy point is simple: your detailed Screen Time data stays on your iPhone. If you choose to turn on Sync across devices, a limited set of derived reward and focus numbers syncs through your private iCloud database.

1. Screen Time Data Stays On Device

2. Optional iCloud Sync

Sync across devices is off by default. If you turn it on, Focus First syncs only derived reward and focus numbers through your private iCloud database. These include focus minutes by day, minutes earned and spent, reward balance, daily focus goal, focus score, streak, and the daily reward marker needed to keep participating devices aligned.

Focus First does not sync app names, website names, Screen Time history, detailed usage records, selected app/category/domain tokens, rule contents, or Screen Time permission settings. Apple stores this data under your Apple Account. Focus First does not operate a server for this sync and cannot access your private iCloud database.

You can turn Sync across devices off at any time in Focus First settings. You can manage or delete the app's iCloud data through your device's iCloud storage settings.

Focus First is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
